We pride ourselves on producing consistently delicious beef that our customers around the world can rely upon 52 weeks of the year. In order to be consistent in our supply, we grade each and every individual carcase against a strict set of technical criteria.

Additionally, all cattle destined for Red Gum Creek beef must meet the Meat Standards Australia (MSA) grading criteria to ensure they deliver a tender, juicy and flavourful eating experience.
